 Alice was named for Alice Cooper, because the marking on her face reminded her rescuer of the hard-rock star of the 70's, Alice Cooper. Hard, our Alice is NOT. She's just a frightened kitty. Alice was a feral rescue, and she is still being socilized. For in a home, I wasn't born, just outside to live or die.
It was really very scary, who to trust and when to flee
But Catnip Cottage taught me that humans care for me. They've showed me that it is okay open up to human love
And told me all about the God that watches from above.
I'm growing and I'm learning that life can be quite grand
And if you want, I'll let you pet me with your hand. I'm told I need a quiet home, cause noise can scare a little cat
But gentle human caring, is helping me with that.
I'll share with you my secret.. I don't tell everyone.
I'm looking for a human, I want my special one. I want to love you -- yes I do. I want to cuddle and to purr
And have you sit and tell me, that you love to touch my fur.
I'll only need a bit of time, to know that it is you
That I can trust forever, and know you love me too!
